Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
KC’s Boutiq is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once in the hands of the carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping provider directly and notify us as well—we’re happy to assist where possible.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
